Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Divvy ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Use of the App

Divvy is provided for personal, non-commercial use to help you split bills with friends and groups. You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

No Financial Services

Divvy calculates how much each person owes but does not process, hold, or transfer money. All payments are handled by third-party apps (e.g., Venmo, Cash App). Divvy is not a financial institution and is not responsible for any payment disputes or losses.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code within Divvy are the property of Streamd Labs and may not be reproduced without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. AI receipt scanning results may be inaccurate; always verify totals before settling.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Streamd Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Divvy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
